One-time Push Alert
Story attached
Hover over the story you'd like to send as a push alert.
Click the "Push" button.

You'll be directed to the Push Alerts page.
If you'd like to edit the push message you can do so here (Defaults to article title).
You can also add an optional label for context (e.g. Breaking News).
After reviewing your message, click the "Send Now" button to send the push alert.

Another way to send a push alert is by navigating directly to the "Push Alerts" page.
Select the push alert type: Story attached, No story attached, or Web Block.

Story attached push alerts open directly to the story view in the app.
No Story attached
Simply type the message you'd like to push. This is often used for urgent messages sent before a story has been composed. If the user taps on these, the push simply opens the app to the home view.

Block Content
First set up a Block in the Content Feed, then you can select it here to send a push alert. Send users directly to your custom content.

Donation View
Send a push alert directly to the Donation view. This allows you to tailor the push alert message and have the user open the app and take immediate action.

Send Later
All four One-time push alert options also allow you to "Send Later".
Expand the "Send Later" accordion.
Schedule the push date and time.
Hit the "Schedule Alert" button

"Send Later" push alerts will appear in the push alert "Scheduler" at the top of the page.

If you need to edit the alert message or send date/time, click the button on the right.

If you need to cancel the push alert, you can do so by clicking the red "Cancel Send" link in the bottom left corner.
