WordPress Plug-in Setup

From the left menu, visit the Digest App tab to configure the plugin settings:

DigestBuilder ID

Find your DigestBuilder ID on your account page and enter it in the field.

Hit the "Connect with DigestBuilder" button.

Select the app from the dropdown list.

Hide Tag

  • First, create a tag.

  • Select the tag from this list to hide it from displaying in a tag list on your website.

Mobile Featured Image

  • “Mobile Featured Image” is pre-checked and functional.

  • Selecting this box allows you to select a separate featured image in the post.

Smart Banner Settings

These settings allow you to feature an app promo banner at the top of your mobile website. (Note: The app must be live to enable the Smart Banner)

  • Select "Enable Smart Banner"

  • Option to select how many days to hide the banner after the close button is clicked.

  • Option to hide the banner after the "VIEW" button is clicked

  • Click the "Sync with DigestBuilder" button and the App icon and Store URLs will be automatically populated.

  • Hit the "Save App Settings" button to save settings.

Draft Queue

This setting allows you to pull draft posts scheduled for the next day into the DigestBuilder Story Queue.

Check to enable.

Scheduled posts will get pulled into the Story Queue, allowing you to reorder them before they go live the next day.
